Travel insurance is a very affordable way to protect the money you've invested. For your financial protection and best interest we require that you purchase travel insurance. This is to cover/insure your deposit, airfare, and tour cost. These policies allow you to purchase coverage in increments, meaning you insure only what you've invested so far... So, when you make your deposit you insure that. When you purchase your airfare you then add to your policy/coverage. Upon making additional/final payments of the tour cost you then add that to your policy. (Medical and other types of coverage are also available). We highly recommend a 'Cancel For Any Reason' Policy because you can do just that... and receive the largest return on your investment. So if something comes up, you're covered. Deposit and Payment: The deposit is due at time of reservation. Final payment for all events is due no later than the dates published in Mystical Voyages LLC literature, email correspondence or website. Arrangements can be made to make payments toward the remaining balance of the trip cost after payment of the deposit. The full and final payment for the trip will be due and set a minimum of 60 days prior to the scheduled departure. A late fee of $150.00 will be assessed if the full and final payment is more than 7 days late. We reserve the right to drop anyone who does not complete their full and final payment two weeks after the due date without a refund. Unless otherwise stated all prices posted on Mystical Voyages LLC literature or website are on a per person basis. The stated price reflects the per person price based on double occupancy an additional fee for single supplement will apply. Please contact Mystical Voyages LLC for single rates if not listed. Mystical Voyages LLC accepts payment by bank transfers ($10.00 wire fee assessed) cashier’s checks and money orders made payable to Mystical Voyages LLC. To insure that you get the best value for your money and avoid additional charges that increase the cost of your tour, we discourage credit cards. Acceptance of credit cards is at the discretion of Mystical Voyages LLC and will result in an additional 5% fee to cover the charges incurred by Mystical Voyages LLC. All payments should be made payable to Mystical Voyages LLC.

Deposit Policy: Deposits are deemed a commitment to the tour and are non- refundable. The balance of the tour cost minus the deposit will be due in full on the published date (which will be a minimum of 60 days) prior to the scheduled departure date of trip, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations and Refunds: All cancellations must be in writing. In the event of cancellation of a tour by Mystical Voyages LLC prior to the posted final payment date upon which time the submission of funds to Egypt for hotels, internal airfare etc. will be made, a refund of all monies paid to Mystical Voyages LLC except for the deposit will be returned. Additionally, responsibility is not accepted and there will be no refunds of tour cost for losses or expenses due to illness, injury, death, lack of appropriate medical facilities or practitioners, weather, strikes, theft or other criminal acts, war, terrorism, manmade or natural disasters that could result in the trip being canceled. There will be no refunds made by Mystical Voyages LLC for trip cancellations received by and on the part of tour participants due to personal reasons; this is covered by participant’s insurance policy. Mystical Voyages LLC reserves the right to cancel any trip due to inadequate enrollments that make the trip economically infeasible to operate. Mystical Voyages LLC will make every effort to fill each trip to the point of maximum economy for everyone and make every attempt possible to avoid canceling trips with low enrollment; In the event of low enrollment it’s possible that we may be able to continue with a smaller group by adjusting the price of the tour. The price adjustments imposed by a smaller number of participants are kept as low as possible, normally as little as 5%, and not more than 10% increase over the stated price. Mystical Voyages LLC requires that you purchase trip 'Cancellation Insurance’ (cancel for any reason) to cover last-minute emergencies as NO refunds are possible, regardless of reason, once funds are transferred to Egypt for hotels, flights and other local non-refundable fees. Mystical Voyages LLC REQUIRES you to purchase basic travel insurance and supply proof of purchase. However 'Trip Cancellation Insurance' will provide the most comprehensive coverage available in purchasing trip insurance. Note: usually you must buy it within 10 days of paying your tour deposit to be fully covered. We suggest comparing policies at www.insuremytrip.com

Exclusions: Mystical Voyages LLC and the agencies with whom we have contracted reserve the right to alter our refund and cancellation policies when a substantial amount of cancellation or postponement of travel is attributable to: conditions resulting from natural or man-made disaster, fire, government action, civil disorder, war, hostilities between nations, terrorist acts, or unavailability of transportation through no fault of Mystical Voyages LLC and the agencies with whom we have contracted. Your deposit and full payment are subject to all cancellation penalties should you be unable to attend or have to leave this tour during its operation. Mystical Voyages LLC, its affiliates and agents with whom they have contracted are not responsible for partial or full loss of money paid due to strike, bankruptcy, natural disasters, inclement weather, acts of terrorism or war, or any other event that should delay, interrupt or cancel this tour, which could result in partial or full loss of money paid.

Explanation of Responsibilities and Tour Conditions for Mystical Voyages LLC: Any person reserving or purchasing any tour through Mystical Voyages LLC accepts the condition that Mystical Voyages LLC reserves the right to change or cancel itineraries, hotels, and other tour components whenever it is deemed necessary. If this occurs, every effort will be made to offer equal or greater than alternatives. Published times on itineraries are as accurate as possible but subject to change due to traffic, weather, mechanical and any other condition beyond Mystical Voyages LLC’s control that prevents a tour or event from operating as scheduled. Mystical Voyages LLC and it agents expressly disclaim any liability for any damages that may be incurred for any changes, cancellations or delays on any itinerary on any of our tours or events. *All rates published are per person as indicated and are based on double occupancy. Reservations will be accepted subject to availability at the time of a request and are considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Reservations and payment received after final payment date may be subject to additional fees. *Mystical Voyages LLC welcomes single travelers on our tours, however, hotels charge a flat roommate, regardless of occupancy, resulting in a higher single price. Mystical Voyages LLC is not responsible for finding roommates for single travelers wishing to take advantage of the double rate but will make every effort to match roommates amongst individual travelers in the group wishing to travel double occupancy.

Baggage Disclaimer: Although every effort is made to handle passengers’ luggage as carefully as possible, Mystical Voyages LLC and the agencies with whom we have contracted are not responsible for and do not assume liability or accept claims for loss of or damage to luggage due to breakage, theft or wear and tear through hotel and group carrier handling. It is strongly recommended for your own self interest and protection that you have adequate coverage on your travel insurance to cover these risks.

Travelers Needing Special Assistance: Mystical Voyages LLC will make reasonable effort to accommodate the special needs of tour participants. Such participants, however, should be aware that the Americans with Disabilities Act are inapplicable outside of the United States and facilities outside the United States for disabled individuals are sharply limited.

Tipping: Mystical Voyages LLC covers most of the tipping needs in Egypt, including airport transfers, temple guards, bell captains, and bus drivers among others. But the tip for our in country Egyptologist guide is not included and will be collected and presented by the group at the end of the tour. Usually it’s expected to be approx. $5-$8 per day, per person (or commensurate to the service you feel he/she provided).Example: Tip for a I2 day tour would be $60-$100.

Continued: If an individual tour includes a Nile cruise. There will be an additional amount of approx. $40.00 per person needed. The cruise ships have a separate system of tipping. This tip will be divided by the boat crew. This covers the entire crew for the whole cruise. This money will be collected at the end of the cruise and presented on behalf of the participants. You should be sure you set these tips aside or if you prefer you may give them to your tour facilitators at the beginning of the trip to hold for you until they are presented.

General Disclaimer: Mystical Voyages LLC assumes no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, death, property damage or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of (1) any wrongful, negligent, willful or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any of the Egyptian contracted agents, (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, or instrument owned, operated or otherwise used by any of these suppliers, or (3) any wrongful, willful or negligent act or omission on the part of any other party not under the supervision and control of Mystical Voyages LLC. Additionally, responsibility is not accepted for losses or expenses due to illness, injury, death, lack of appropriate medical facilities or practitioners, weather, strikes, theft or other criminal acts, war, terrorism, manmade or natural disasters, or other such causes. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws of the country in which they are provided. Mystical Voyages LLC reserves the right to make changes in the published itinerary whenever, in their sole judgment, conditions warrant, or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the tour or event. They reserve the right to withdraw any tour announced i.e.: lack of minimum amount of participants to fill tour. Mystical Voyages LLC reserves the right to decline or accept any person as a member of a tour or event or to require any participant to withdraw from the tour at any time, when such action is determined by the tour manager to be in the best interests of the health, safety and general welfare of the tour group or the individual participant. Participants may be photographed for the promotional purposes of Mystical Voyages LLC with participant’s permission only.

Waiver: I agree to release Melissa Riley as travel coordinator from all responsibility and liability for unforeseen circumstances and/or changes in the schedule due to weather, physical or mental illness, or any unforeseen events occurring during tour dates.

Payment of the deposit to Mystical Voyages LLC constitutes acceptance of these terms.
